I Enjoy Walking

I enjoy walking, is my favorite way to exercise. Although using other methods like weights to become fit to keep muscles strong seems necessary, I still prefer walking.   I live in the suburbs, with lots of farms around me and when I walk, I take delight in watching nature around me and taking the time to meditate as well.

My workouts are simple but works for me. At my age I have to take it easy and not over do it. I do stretches first. It’s important to stretch as soon as you are out bed and do more stretching before exercising, then I use bar bells for my upper arms, and a series of squats to strengthen my buttocks. I am not in an intense exercise program yet but, will be as soon in the near future.
